Nikhail, a lifelong resident of Central Florida, began her career as a teacher and instructional coach in Seminole County Public Schools, where she served for 12 years. She then transitioned to an administrative role in Orange County Public Schools, where she has been for the past 3 years. She is a proud UCF Knight, having earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in education from the University of Central Florida. Nikhail is a passionate educator with a knack for turning numbers into smiles. With over 12 years of experience in the classroom, she's seen the power of math firsthand. Now, she's using her expertise to inspire and support educators in Orange County, making learning fun and accessible for every student.
