Join Naomi for an interactive session designed specifically for school leaders who are ready to defy gravity and make reading instruction popular with their teams. In this session, you’ll gain the tools to coach your teachers toward improving data, mastering the Science of Reading, and creating a cohesive, school-wide approach that delivers real progress.

Naomi will walk you through observable look-fors to help you evaluate SOR-aligned instruction, as well as effective ways to hold teachers accountable for consistent growth in reading outcomes. You’ll also explore what may look like SOR, but isn’t, helping you avoid common pitfalls and misconceptions. By the end, you’ll have a clear plan for leading your school’s reading transformation with confidence, making sure every classroom is aligned and every student is set up for success.

By the End of This Session:

  • You’ll have a framework to coach your teachers in a way that makes reading instruction the most popular thing at your school.
